FAQ

  • 1) What standards ensure the quality of your products?

KIYA Therapeutics produces high quality supplements based on stringent manufacturing practices. We are a new health supplement company that incorporates only clinically-tested ingredients in our products. What this means is that the ingredients used in our products have been tested in double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trials. For example, phosphatidylserine (a phospholipid) is an ingredient in two of our formulas, Anti-Aging 1.0 and Sleep 1.0. To date, numerous double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trials have been conducted on phosphatidylserine. This ingredient has shown extreme promise in reducing the risks of early-onset dementia and cognitive decline.

  • 2) Do you have unlisted ingredients?

The ingredients in KIYA Therapeutics products are clearly identified on each bottle. Additionally, all our products undergo a stringent quality assurance process using methods such as GC, LC-MS and HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography). These methods are used to identify possible adulterants in dietary supplements.

  • 3) I'm currently using prescription medications. Will nutraceutical products interfere with their use?

If you’re thinking of adding new supplements to your diet, be sure to consult your primary care physician, dietitian, or nutritionist beforehand. Discuss your health challenges and your desire to explore new paths to health. Your health practitioner is best positioned to help you navigate the simultaneous use of prescription medications and nutraceuticals. If you are scheduled for surgery, be aware that some herbal supplements (such as Valerian) may prolong the effects of anesthesia. Always discuss your history of herbal supplementation with your doctor before committing to a date for surgery.
